50 years ago, Terry Bradshaw dropped back with 4 seconds left. he threw it, and it bounced off of a Steelers player, however, out of nowhere, Franco Harris caught the ball, and ran down the left sideline. Now, we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the ‘immaculate reception’. 2 days ago, Franco Harris sadly passed away, this means that they will retire his number at halftime. So now, let me share my analysis, a bold prediction and who I think will win.
Raiders (6-8) @Steelers (6-8) -2.0 PIT 8:15 PM ET
Raiders:
The Las Vegas raiders coming to this matchup after one of the craziest endings in NFL history. Rhamondre Stevenson ran the ball about 20 yards down the right sideline, then he for some reason pitch the ball backwards to Jakobi Meyers. Then Meyers made a bonehead move, throwing the ball across the field to Mac Jones, just for to be picked up by Chandler Jones, and he took it back all the way to the house. They hope not to have as close of a game this week.
Steelers:
The Steelers come off of a good performance in a 24-16 victory over the Carolina Panthers. Kenny Pickett will get a start this week, as he was out last week due to a concussion. While he was filling in, Mitchell Trubisky played a good turnover free ball game, and he led them to a victory. The Steelers hope to have a good performance from Pickett, as they honor Franco Harris today.
