In a matchup featuring 2 backup quarterbacks, one of them still had to get injured. Early in the game Colt McCoy went down with an injury, so Trace McSorley came into the ballgame. James Conner ran for 63 yards and a score, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Broncos. Russell Wilson was cleared to play but Brett Rypien still got the nod to start. The Broncos and the Cardinals can both look ahead to some solid draft picks in the coming draft. Both teams will play on Christmas, as the Broncos will take on the Rams at Sofi, and the Cardinals take on the Buccaneers for the Sunday Night game.
