Game Previews - Week 2’s Sunday Slate

Which two of the NFL season is here. We have 12 games in either the early or late window on Sunday. So now, let's get to all the game predictions.

Raiders (1-0) @ Bills (0-1) - Sunday, Sept. 17 - 1:00 PM ET

The Las Vegas Raiders will head to Buffalo to take on the Buffalo Bills and Josh Allen. Allen threw 3 interceptions in his first game of the season last week against the New York Jets, on Monday Night Football. As for the Raiders, Jimmy Garoppolo threw for 200 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in the Raiders win over the Broncos last week. Garoppolo Thruway 6 yard touchdown passes did Jakobi Meyers with six minutes and 34 seconds left in the fourth quarter to give the Raiders the one point lead, which would end up being the last score in their game. This week, the Raiders will be without receiver, Jakobi Meyers, dur to a concussion. I think that would ever team can run the ball most effectively, while still being able to have an affect of passing game, will end up winning this game.

Game Pick:

Raiders 17 Bills 27

Ravens (1-0) @ Bengals (0-1) - Sunday, Sept. 17 - 1:00 PM ET

Joe Burrow and the Bengals look to get back on track after getting humiliated in the first game of the year. Burrow didn't even throw for 85 yards in the first game that was easily as worst ever game as a professional. Lamar Jackson and Joe Burrow are the two highest paid quarterback in NFL history, the both of them had a lackluster week one. Jackson threw for 169 and 1 pick last week against the Texans. I think that whichever quarterback throws for more, and which defense does better will win this game.

Game Pick:

Ravens 20 Bengals 31

Chiefs (0-1) @ Jaguars (1-0) - Sunday, Sept. 17 - 1:00 PM ET

The Kansas City Chiefs head to Jacksonville to check on Trevor Lawrence in the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Chiefs lost the first game of the season, as their main receiver Travis Kelce was injured and their next best receiver, Kadarius Toney had a ton of drops. They get Kelce back for the game, and defensive tackle Chris Jones, who was holding out because of a contract dispute, agreed to a deal and now will play. The Jaguars were able to beat the Colts last week, and I think they have a decent shot to upset the reigning Super Bowl champions.

Game Pick:

Chiefs 34 Jaguars 21

Chargers (0-1) @ Titans (0-1) - Sunday, Sept. 17 - 1:00 PM ET

Justin Herbert and the Chargers looked at their first win of the season after A crazy match up against the Miami Dolphins in week 1. I think Herbert will play amazing in this game, throwing for over 300 yards. Ryan Tannehill threw three interceptions last week, and I expect him to have at least one turnover in this game. I also I think the Chargers they will absolutely dominate in the rushing game. Austin Ekeler had over 100 yards on the ground and rushing touchdown, and I expect him to be a big part of the Chargers offense in this game.

Game Pick:

Chargers 38 Titans 13

Packers (1-0) @ Falcons (1-0) - Sunday, Sept. 17 - 1:00 PM ET

The Green Bay Packers and Atlanta Falcons meet after impressive week 1 wins. Jordan Love threw 3 touchdown passes in the Packers 38-20 win over the Chicago Bears. The Falcons beat the Panthers in Bijan Robinson's first career game. Robinson caught a screen pass, made a nice move, broke 2 tackles and got into the end zone for a touchdown all on the same play! Tyler Algier also had 2 touchdowns, as the 2 split carries. I think that if Bijan and Algier can outrun Aaron Jones, and Desmond Ridder can play good, the Falcons could end up 2-0.

Game Pick:

Packers 27 Falcons 24

Seahawks (0-1) @ Lions (1-0) - Sunday, Sept. 17 - 1:00 PM ET

The Seattle Seahawks were upset in their first game against the Los Angeles Rams last week, and the Lions pulled off a massive upset last week against the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday Night Football. Jared Goff is a sneaky good quarterback, and I expect him to be a good player in this game. I think he is going to have over 250 passing yards and 2 touchdowns at least. I think that the Seahawks are not as good as people thought, and I think they will get blown out.

Game Pick:

Seahawks 17 Lions 34

Colts (0-1) @ Texans (0-1) - Sunday, Sept. 17 - 1:00 PM ET

CJ Stroud and Anthony Richardson look to get their first wins as an NFL quarterback respectively. Anthony Richardson looked amazing last week, but he got hurt on one of the last plays of their game last week. He will most likely play in this game. I think that he will do a really good job and he will be able to rush for over 100 yards in the matchup. I think that Stroud will not do well, and it will come down to whichever team can play the better defense all around. I think that the Colts to be able to win due to the fact that Stroud made some mistakes.

Game Pick:

Colts 27 Texans 7

Bears (0-1) @ Buccaneers (1-0) - Sunday, Sept. 17 - 1:00 PM ET

The Chicago Bears and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers meet in week 2, after the Bucs upset the Vikings 20-17 in week 1. The Bears got blown by the Packers after a eventful off-season. DJ Moore only had two catchers and his first ever career as a bear, as he opens really couldn't get anything going. I expect it to be a bit different in this game, as I expect Justin Fields to get the ball out of his hands early and make some plays using his legs. I think Baker Mayfield will also be able to be efficient through the air with over 75% completion percentage.

Game Pick:

Bears 27 Buccaneers 24

Giants (0-1) @ Cardinals (0-1) - Sunday, Sept. 17 - 4:05 PM ET

The New York Giants and Arizona Cardinals is one for the first ones of the year as they take on each other at State Farm Stadium. The Cowboys got blown out 40 did nothing last weekend against the Dallas Cowboys, and the Arizona Cardinals narrowly lost to the Washington Commanders. Josh Dobbs is the quarterback for the Cardinals, but I expect him to do horrible in this game. I think Daniel Jones will cook through this Cardinals defense, and will throw for over 300 yards. I think that if he can do that in the Giants play good defense, they will be able to blow out the Cardinals.

Game Pick:

Giants 37 Cardinals 16

49ers (1-0) @ Rams (1-0) - Sunday, Sept. 17 - 4:05 PM ET

The San Francisco 49ers and the Los Angeles Rams Battle each other after dominating with one wins. Nobody expected the Rams to be good, but they were able to upset the Seahawks big time in their win last week. I think the Brock Purdy will absolutely torch the Rams defense this week, and any life that the Rams had of doing well the season. I think that Matthew Stafford will throw two interceptions, and none of his running backs will get over 50 yards in the Russian game. I think that if the Rams do end up winning this game, they will have to have their defense play out of their mind good, if they have any shot of winning.

Game Pick:

49ers 41 Rams 20

Commanders (1-0) @ Broncos (0-1) - Sunday, Sept. 17 - 4:25 PM ET

Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos have their home opener this weekend against Sam Howell and the Washington Commanders. The Commanders were able to barely beat Josh Dobbs and the Arizona Cardinals last weekend, and I expect him to not be given the same privilege of playing a super bad team this week. I expect the Broncos to dominate the Commanders in the run game, and absolutely lock up all of their receivers. I think Wilson will have one of the very few good games as a Bronco, with 2+ touchdowns and 0 interceptions. If that happens, then I think the Broncos should be able to even up to 1-1.

Game Pick:

Commanders 13 Broncos 37

Jets (1-0) @ Cowboys (1-0) - Sunday, Sept. 17 - 4:25 PM ET

After Aaron Rodgers injury, the New York Jets and Zach Wilson head to Dallas to take on the Cowboys. The Cowboys were able to dominate the Giants 40 to nothing last weekend, as they will look to do the same to the Jets. Rodgers could come back mid-January, if the team makes it there. I think Zach Wilson will play amazing this weekend, and could be able to shock the world with a dominant performance. I think that if Garrett Wilson can help him out, the Jets will be able to pull off a crazy upset.

Game Pick:

Jets 31 Cowboys 24
